We are a consulting company based in Port Elizabeth. Our firm is 100% female owned and led by Akhona Sankqela who has over 15 years accounting experience. Monthly Retainer
  • Dedicated contact person
  • Processing of transactions from bank statements and provision of monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of annual financial statements (Compilation)
  • Submission of annual Income Tax return for the company
  • Submission of annual Income Tax return for the director/s
  • Submission of annual CIPC return
  • Submission of COIDA and issuing of Letter of Good standing
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns to SARS
  • Preparation of payroll, provision of payslips, and submission of monthly PAYE, UIF, & SDL returns to SARS (up to 5 employees)
  • Preparation and submission of bi-yearly EMP501 reconciliation to SARS
  • Provision of yearly tax clearance pin letter
  • Monitoring of SARS Tax compliance status and rectification
  • Submission of bi-yearly provisional tax returns
  • * Client required to subscribe with QuickBooks/SAGE accounting online and setup bank feeds
